I became the DJ, and my wife took over the task of assisting beginners at the dances. We presently do a dance each month on the first Sunday afternoon at the Community Clubhouse in Fair Oaks, CA. Of those 300, 80 were found to be un-adoptable and were scheduled to be destroyed at a government holding facility near Tule Lake, California.
